refresh_token: This cookie is provided by www.helioustech.ai and is classified as an HTTP cookie. It renews a signed-in staff member's dashboard session without requiring them to log in again and is never set for public visitors. This cookie remains active for 7 days.
csrf_token: This cookie is provided by www.helioustech.ai and is classified as an HTTP cookie. It provides cross-site request forgery protection for dashboard requests and, by design, can be read by scripts so it can be echoed back as a request header. It is used for staff sessions only and is never set for public visitors. This cookie remains active for 7 days.

Category 2: Functional Cookies

These cookies record how you first reached our Website and remember your progress through interactive tools such as our ROI calculators, so that a report can be generated and restored. helious_lt_tat_guard_roi and helious_lt_rake_guard_roi: These cookies are provided by www.helioustech.ai and are classified as HTTP cookies. They keep your ROI calculator session active so that a report can be generated and restored. These cookies remain active for the duration of your browsing session; where you have accepted analytics cookies, they remain active for 90 days.

Category 3: Analytics Cookies

These cookies allow us to count visits and understand how visitors interact with our Website so we can measure and improve its performance. All data collected is aggregated and anonymised — we cannot identify you individually from analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with IP anonymisation enabled. Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland they are set by default unless you opt out; within those regions they are set only after you accept through our cookie banner.

Category 4: Similar Technologies

Beyond cookies, we store two short-lived values in your browser’s session storage. Both are erased when you close the tab, and neither is sent to any third party.

helious_cookie_banner_dismissed: This value is stored by www.helioustech.ai in your browser’s session storage. It records that you closed the cookie notice, so that it does not reappear during that visit.
helious_presence: This value is stored by www.helioustech.ai in your browser’s session storage. It is a random identifier for the browser tab, used to show our team how many people are on the Website at that moment. It is not linked to you or to any account, carries no personal details, and the corresponding record on our servers is deleted ten minutes after your last page view.

5. Google Analytics and Data Transfer

Our Website uses Google Analytics 4, operated by Google LLC, United States. GA4 processes anonymised usage data on our behalf. Key privacy protections we have enabled include:

IP Anonymisation: IP addresses are truncated before storage so that full IP addresses are not retained.
Data Retention: Analytics data is set to a 14-month retention period in our GA4 configuration, after which it is automatically deleted.
No Advertising Features: We have not enabled Google Signals, remarketing, or any advertising-related GA4 features.

Google LLC operates as a data processor on our behalf. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. As Google LLC is based in the United States, data processed by Google Analytics may be transferred outside India. Such transfers are subject to Google's standard contractual clauses and applicable data transfer mechanisms.

Where analytics cookies are active for you, anonymised analytics data is processed by Google LLC outside India under the safeguards described above. We operate Google Consent Mode. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, no analytics cookies are placed on your device until you accept; elsewhere, analytics cookies are placed unless you have opted out. In either case Google may still receive a cookieless signal that a page was viewed, which is not used to identify you or to build a profile of you.

Our Website shows a cookie banner on your first visit. Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the banner tells you that analytics cookies are in use: selecting OK keeps them and also keeps the cookies that record how you first reached our website and your progress through our interactive tools for 90 days, while selecting Opt out disables analytics cookies and limits those cookies to your browsing session.
