Project Engineer/ Team Lead
Job Summary
We are looking for an Installation & Commissioning Technician responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and commissioning boom barriers, CCTV cameras, access control systems, and related electrical infrastructure. The candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, maintain installation quality standards, troubleshoot technical issues, integrate devices with central control systems (VMS, Access Control, BMS), and coordinate with project teams and clients for successful project execution. Candidates should possess an ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all installation activities (boom barriers, cameras, cabling) are executed as per project timelines.
- Minimize delays by proactive planning and on-site issue resolution.
- Ensure devices (boom barriers, cameras, etc.) are installed as per technical standards and manufacturer guidelines.

- Verify cabling, terminations, and mounting are neat, secure, and tested.
- Configure all devices correctly (camera IPs, barrier control logic, access devices).
- Integrate devices into central control systems (VMS, access control, BMS).
- Ensure interoperability among subsystems (e.g., camera + boom barrier with ANPR).
Qualifications
- 1ITI or Diploma in Electrical.
- 2Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams for seamless automation implementation.
- 3Strong technical support and troubleshooting capabilities for installed systems.
- 4Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
